Does Indusind Delite 0 bal account have restriction

Visited branch for Kyc as video kyc was not working
They told indus delite 0 bal accounts gets frozen if we transact high volume ( 4-6 lakhs yearly)
And insisted me to open a offline account where this type of debit freeze wont happen
Anyone knows about this ?
