No, they do not void warranty (if everything goes well with installation. If things go wrong and they find out, then they void😉 it).
The SR for pending installations too is launched in their central system (even call centre would say the same) so in case immediately some snag develops and one reports an issue
then they’d ask ‘by whom’ and when was it installed.
