Does such a bluetooth neckband exist?

I think I am trying to find a unicorn here as I don't think there is any neckband bluetooth earphones that suffice all my criteria

• Neckband design only
• Active Noise Cancellation (not Passive, not ENC)
• Transparency Mode
• Multipoint (not the one where it connects from one and disconnects to other, need true multipoint)

I already use Jabra Elite 75t which is TWS and I am immensely satisfied with it has everything listed above apart from it being neckband.

But trying to see if there is a neckband type too or not.
