Don't apply for Bob Credit card or any loan
condition has become worse now.
last Month my existing Credit card expired and after citing gibberish they have denied me a credit card.

I applied for homeloan to purchase residential plot in BOB. They processed all the thing and at last at the time of disbursement they forced me to take construction loan and home improvement loan (for furniture). i said i will take only homeloan and they didn’t disburse the loan.
Well that’s not done. How did you manage then? Took a construction loan only?
It is a common practice of all banks that they send another card before expiration of existing card in the month of March my credit card was expired my bank send new cards without any request,

@rogerthat, Card expiry month ke ek mahine pehle ya phir ussi month ke first mein naya card bhej dete hain saare banks…No need to apply for a new card because aap already customer ho…Agar aap phirse apply karoge toh decline hi hoga because bank ke record mein aap already unke credit card customer ho…
It’s possible that some banks won’t be able to deliver renewed cards in this situation as many courier companies are not working…Mostly banks send cards by Blue Dart & until Blue Dart starts full-fledged delivery, they may not be able to send you the renewed card…It’s unfortunate ke aapka card March mein hi expire huya…Ek mahine pehle ka expiry date raha hota, toh bank aapko asani se bhej dete renewed card…

I went to my local BoB branch for FD based Credit Card, and the info-desk person told me to open an account before making FD and applying for CC.
Is BoB account really mandatory for FD based CC ?
