They are not arranging reverse pickup due to this Lockdown
I ordered TCL TV on 21st march, because of Lockdown it was delivered to me yesterday.
After installation, we found that its a defective piece. no replacement , no compensation and reverse pick up may be after 31st May then may be refund.
Any mail id, direct Customer care number , grievance office number would be really helpful
Better to go for the known e commerce seller like Amazon Flipkart.

why did you order a tv now in an ongoing pandemic?? did your old tv gone bad? also in these times, even amazon/myntra are selling broken/defective items so be careful.
