Most of the AZ prime videos (new movie releases) are being uploaded on same day to other sites.

Prime Video is buggy
These people are downloading the movie directly from their server (Hours before actual publishing) unlike before where they used to record the stream ( Which they do for Netflix )
The downloaded stream (MP4 File) used to be encrypted but dunno what happened to that
Whatever it is, its not possible to control the piracy but PrimeVideo is gaining more popularity here in India because of the economical prime subscription

My prime membership is expiring today. Can I watch the downloaded file after memberships expires?

Yes u can download and view it offline. But u can only play it in Prime app, can not copy or move the video file.
