As per my opinion even machine learning with lots of data can't predict the best team 

And they are just giving the money whatever collecting from league and that too after deducting their commission 

e.g for 7 crore league they are collecting around 7.5-8 crore so here they are distributing 7crore. Here dream11 profit is 50lakh to  1crore directly

And govt is very cleverly collecting taxes by looting public money. Recently they added some tds of 30% 

Responsible govt should ban these app as indirectly this is bets/juwa

Personally never won . Bt my cousin won more than Rs. 5000, 50+times. Altough sometimes he loose money but overall in profit (dream11)

Govt should increase tax on these and make it 70%+ as these people seems to have extra money to loose...

One of my friend has won multiple times on dream11 but having said that I must say he has far more in-depth knowledge of every player and there strength and weakness,  even the players who are only playing leagues and also women players .  His predictions are mostly spot on and he rarely is on loosing side (I think he creates multiple teams ). Recently in women World Cup he won 50k+ and also got a Indian team World Cup Jersey .

Sometimes when I watch cricket along with him , he adds so much details into everything, even though I am big cricket fan myself. So I think in the end it again boils down to one's skill and then only they can win consistently 

OP basically asked who is biggest/bigger gambler. Here i think government should tax 70% of the winning amount and rest 30% go to gamblers. People are so desperate, government should open casino here too which will be better than these gambling apps. People are so naive that sometimes i feel its ridiculous. They forget only real winner in ny gambling is house/dealer, rest all are there to donate their money.

Usually we copy all the things from west and gambling is legal over there..So, why not in india?

Not only dream 11..many online games lure people first. Later make the loose everything. I personally known many people who personally lakhs in such games... IPL and these online games are biggest curse to middle class people.. These companies are promoting ads like anything and sad part is some shameless cricketers and celebrities also becoming part of this..

Note: If possible government should impose 80% winning amount as tax from gambling. People have no idea how many loose their hard earned money due to these thugs.

No tax in that case cause your net winning will zero.

Let's say you win ₹100 yesterday and withdraw that on same day then you will charged ₹30 as TDS assuming that ₹100 is your net winning. Then, you play again & lose ₹100 today then no TDS.

Basically, TDS will be deducted at the time withdrawal If you are in net profit.

30% TDS on net profit.
