Hi guys,

3 days back ordered a digicam canon sx-150 for Rs.7920 after applying discount code of 10% on ebay.com, seller has shipped my item, but today i checked by status on DTDC site where this message is showing up: “RETURNED TO SHIPPER: RTO DUE TO NO SERVICE”.

Seller is from KANPUR, and my item has to reach to PATNA. Here almost all courier works, recently got courier from DTDC. But why this time message showing up like this? This is showing in KANPUR destination.

Ebay confirmation mail was like this: Item has been shipped on 23june, If delivery not reaches by 30th June, money will refunded under PiasaPay.

Now guys tell me, what gonna happen? this was the cheapest camera i bought, m i going to loose?

better contact the seller and tell him what have happened…and if possible ask him to send it again via different courier company like bluedart….i guess he will help you ,DTDC is the worst courier company, even i faced a lot of problems with them…they are not qualified to hold a courier company….In India no one cares abt complaints….:(

Dont worry dude ur money wont go any where…u can contact the seller n let him know the whole matter n ask him to resend the item to u. If it doesnt get solved then contact ebay n tell them to either send u the product or give u the refund. Till then ur money is safe with paisapay.

it might be because of your seller and you had not completed required paper work. sending from up to bihar electronics items create troubles many times. contact dtdc as many times they put unusual reason if item gets stuck somewhere in this case might be at sales tax clearance.

If you list, all are worst.. we are habituated for that, In list No: 1 worst is DTDC. They can go extent that they can mark “your address is not available in the earth”. But they are very loyal to the regular booking customers.

OP call your seller and inform about mishap; He will divert DTDC from Delhi to you again.

From last one month I have been tracking my consignment ie. Z42221706.. but no update I am getting frm site.. and it’s showing that parcel RTO hogaya h .. imp
But from last one month it is showing RTO .to origin… But how do I get to know that parcel origin pe kab poochega ?? Ssly worst experience with dtdc… Is there any contct number to contact with.. really worried..
