dunzo order not deliverd but marked delivered

yesterday 2 order were supposed to get delivered, one after another and the same guy who delivered my first package was assigned again, but the second package was never delivered. Order was marked as delivered and after contacting their support they are saying
"Thank you for your response.
We can see our team reviewed this request today. Unfortunately this order is not eligible for a refund.
That being said, thank you for your feedback regarding this order. While we were un
able to go ahead and place a refund, we have passed your feedback on to the team. As we scale, we are looking to partner with merchants and delivery partners who reflect our sense of professionalism, and feedback like yours is important to help us achieve that. So thank you for letting us know."
The hell? Their agents can simply choose to not deliver and i am suppose to sit idly by. Agent name shown on the app is SHYAM VARAN SINGH. I don't have his number, DUNZO's support is pathetic.
THIS loser never entered my building to deliver second package, no calls were received, no message, no info about this order, i had also shared my building's timesheet with DUNZO's support but still nothing.
Anything that can be done here?
This is the name and number entered in my society's entry sheet, for this loser
could not get the right number to match, tried 9410280041/5 and 9410288041/5
got his number somehow, talked to this guy and HE IS THE REAL DEAL, no shame, no remorse, says he delivered the package to my apartment just like first time (and his face should be on CCTV and i should check ) . NOT willing to admit he stole the package, even with the name of police he was not budging. NOW pretty sure he stole it and only drastic measure can teach this guy a lesson

Either genuinely forgot to deliver or misplaced or stolen. Too much workload and low salary doesn't matter with stealing... Millionaires and billionaires steal too... And get away with it 😑

File police case, looks like this is not his first time stealing. You've a strong proof with cctv footage.
