Duplicate LAKME foundation from shopclues

I have received a duplicate Lakme Perfect radiance foundation. Please go through the attached images for the same. The following points prove it to be duplicate:
1) There is no tube like foundation available from Lakmein 50g, its not available on their site or even anywhere else on Internet.
2) Please refer image1.png. Firstly.mfd is misspelled as mtd and the Name and address of manufacturer is Hindustan lever itself with address of haridwar, There is no product manufactured by HUL directly.
Secondly, there is no batch number or manufacturing date mentioned where it is clearly written above of this that use before 24 months from pkd. and the expiry date mentioned is august 2015, we are in April 2013, going by the statement “use before 24 months” , the manufacturing date should be Aug 2013 that is in future.
3)Please refer image2.png. it is written facewash mfd by, where it is a foundation. secondly the address is of aero pharma(silvassa), where as it was HUL themselves on the carton.
Again no mention of batch number and manufacturing date mentioned with MRP.
4) Please refer image4.png and image5.png, there is nothing engraved on the crimp, ideally companies engrave mfd date/batch number/price or expiry.
So, it is evident that this is a duplicate product and shopclues has facilitated the seller in selling this by the means of shopclues Sunday flea market without verifying the product. So shopclues is equally responsible for playing with customer’s health.
PS: Alerted shopclues and HUL both on this

Let us know the response that you get from SC. That will atleast minimize we getting fake products in future.. You kept upto the tag of desidime. diming for community

I have posted the same on their facebook page, the only reply i have got from them is that they have logged my complaint when i sent a mail to support team, no reply on facebook from them. right now it is very casual attitude from them. I think they very well know that they are selling fake, thats why i am avoiding these cheap deals from shopclues now onwards

This is pretty serious if you ask me, I haven’t bought the product, but if Shopclues is hand in glove in this, (I have a hunch that they are), we definitely should, as good citizens of this country, try to bring this to the notice of the authorities concerned so as to obviate situations like these in the future wherein 3rd party vendors and online shopping portals think they are simply good enough to befool and beguile innocent consumers in the name of deals, harming them in a way that could cause a level of deformity in them which could be way beyond recovery.Done for this lifetime sort of a thing you know.
thanks everybody foe their kind words, I received a call from shopclues, saying that as today is sunday most of the departments are closed, they will contact the seller tomorrow and update me after that.

Guys today I received a call from HUL asking me to provide them with the sample of what I have got, and they are promising me to go ahead and file a legal case against this.

They have taken off this product from their website now
This is not the first instance. Shopclues always send duplicates specially in JAW dropping deals.

it was there till yesterday, I think they got to know about HUL looking into it. I mailed them yesterday about it as they have not responded for 2 days, they replied back immediately, they are issuing me a refund, and later on they completed the return procedure without picking the item and initiated the refund. This clearly shows that they are aware of this and knowingly selling this.

Give all the details to authorities and see if shopnclues can be implicated as well. they have been selling duplicate products for long unabated. once they land in prison this scheme of selling fake products online may get restrained.

bro i think this will be against shopclues only as we do not know the seller directly, shopclues is the one who sold it.
