A lot of us receive calls from bank loan agents almost multiple times in a day.
Even after blocking 100s of these numbers, now they have started using more variety which don’t get detected as spam.

The issue is not so much the official calls by banks, it’s lone ranger employees calling off a list to meet their quarterly sales targets.

The list that they have is generated by the bank every week or two. Hence, if you get out of that list using the above approach, they will no longer call

They normally start with saying “this is a security/service call.. do not share OTP…” etc etc. And every time I start by saying that since this is a security call make sure that you do not say a single word about any commercial offers like card upgrade, loan offers etc. Normally, they fumble and then disconnect. The numebr of calls have come down significantly over last 6 months.

for me they directly say loan offer, credit card etc etc 😂 and I cut within seconds of hearing them once I even told them if they kept calling me regarding loan I will close my account with you but still no changes

Only for The Bank for which you fill form Because only that bank will remove your number from their marketing list .
