Better buy in india unless you know someone who can bring along with them. Taxes are huge and not worth buying

I would say to ask the seller for marking lower value..Never ever worth it to do anything legally in this country! I had cough up 50% duty recently on astronomy goods from the UK. It was a necessary purchase so i had to place the order...but not worth it if you can manage without the item.

Request your vendor to mention the product price less than $5 on the invoice.
I've recently bought laptop, pc products and returned one item.
The origin countries were China, US, Taiwan, Vietnam.

in elections time they didnt charge any duty on 3 of my packages. each package cost was around 30$. normally they charge around 30% for the same
if its small item, ask seller to put 12.75$ or something
for big packages it as usual robbery no need to even ask
