Flipkart needs a video proof for such complaints to be entertained its a good thing that you have it. Have you contacted them yet i bet they’d be glad to help.

Amazon/FK tends to have the weight of the device at every hand change, they will track easily.. who the culprit is here.
They might ask you to give high quality snaps of the box external.
Also will love to see the unboxing video, was the box sealed properly and all. Decide yourself when to post the unboxing video, maybe latter on if you wish.
