Flipkart needs a video proof for such complaints to be entertained its a good thing that you have it. Have you contacted them yet i bet they’d be glad to help.

As per new statement by apple they won’t be shipping iphone in the box along with the charger and earphones.
Atleast they would still ship fully assembled iPhones.. They might say take the parts and assemble

Amazon/FK tends to have the weight of the device at every hand change, they will track easily.. who the culprit is here.
They might ask you to give high quality snaps of the box external.
Also will love to see the unboxing video, was the box sealed properly and all. Decide yourself when to post the unboxing video, maybe latter on if you wish.

Whoever did this, probably the delivery wala banda or someone at the delivery center, what was the guy thinking! He/She will probably lose job and get police case after this is investigated.
I had bought 3 iPhones over the past 4 years from flipkart + ipad, apple watch, airpods etc.. never had such an experience.

The box is pretty low class for an iphone 12, I have always purchased iphone via amazon since they pack the phone with a packet which itself has a unique id plus the packaging is always good when you purchase electronic products on amazon.
People who bought electronic product on amazon can relate to this comment.

For those who don’t know flipkart provides OTP FACILITY for expensives phones through which delivery boy is entitled to open the phones in front of buyer to ensure any damage or issue at the time of delivery

lol after commenting on this post I got 120gb ssd instead of 240gb from tatacliq 🤣. And they keep on asking me to initiate the return from the app itself. Illiterate executives don’t even know that you can’t return electronic devices. Anyway complaint raised on nch.
