Who offered you Regalia first? Agent or netbanking upgrade? If netbanking go for it as you won’t get a direct upgrade to regalia.

Go for it, it’s a good card with better offers for online spends. You’ll get prioritypass too for international lounges.
If you spend 1 Lac every month you should get yourself one of the premium credit cards as they have much better reward rate.
am not employed baba, looking fot govt sector, they are asking salary statement to get high end cards irrespective of your spends
Take this regalia first card eyes closed.
Later apply for other premium cards based on this regalia first card on card to card basis.
