Right now its just a news, details may take another 1 or 2 months
There will be pre-approved offers for SB holders(based on Bal maintained) for sure
HDFC card holders will be eligible as its a Co-Branded card

Equitas Excite Credit Card — ₹500 Spends ₹1 Lakh in a year and get a waiver of next year annual membership fee
Equitas Elegance Credit Card — ₹1000 Spends ₹2.5 Lakh in a year and get a waiver of next year annual membership fee
