Error In OneCard Video KYC - Please Help

i got approval in onecard after waited so long.
but now when im trying to do Video KYC it always shows " all agents are busy" .
im trying from last 2 months but the issue remain same.
please someone help if you know how to do it

they told me to reinstall the app .
i did it but problem remain same , now they’re not replying
