But even when they finally accepted the fault in their product, defective part
they are not accepting it as a 'recall'.

Largest of brands have had issues with their products.
And even in the non passenger mobility or heavy vehicles industry, the have product recalls.
Within vehicle industry too,all big names have had glitches and deficiencies in their key components.
Volvo famously even had a major recall in their truck manufacturing vertical, many years back.
In-fact even for passenger vehicle division, Volvo is not shy to categorically use the term 'recall' https://www.volvocars.com/us/l/recall.
Contrast this with how Ola Electric has 𝐦𝐢𝐬handled the ongoing issue
and one feels that them not being transparent, them taking so long and then too
refusing to take 'ownership' of the grave concerns 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐩𝐮𝐭 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐟𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐡 in the way they conduct themselves.
Certainly not in their products either.
