Ethos Limited is a retail player in luxury and premium Watches. It retials to about 50 premium and luxury watch brand like Omega, Road, Tissot, Raymond Weil,etc. Ethos limited IPO consists of fresh issue of Equity Shares worth Rs.375 crore and an offer-to-sale (OFS) of 1,108,037 equity shares.
The Proceeds of the IPO will be used for re- payment of debts, funding working capital, generate corporate purpose, renovation of existing stores, for capital expenditure of new stores.
The Price band set is Rs.836 – Rs.878 per share. An investor can bid 17 share minimum and multiples of 17.
