Everyday Jio Data is Automatically getting exhausted by doing light browsing. IN few minutes of browsing 50% getting consumer and again in few time 100%

Where as on Airtel i can see no such thing is happening.

There is no Windows Updates Turned On or Mobile Updates, this thing is happening from last few months.

Don’t know whether Jio is on way to recover money from us. Is any one experiencing this?

Its can be due to your Google Photos backup your videos size may be longer than the data limit and thus your data is exhausted.

Today I woke up. I seen my phone, internet was off, I unlocked it. I seen the notification bar, the Jio messaged me that your 50% data is over, I was shocked, because in my notification bar there is also a data meter which calculates data usage per day, currently I use 1.5gb per data, and 50% of it is around 750mb, but my data meter (Android native) says only 170.2mb used, so I opened My Jio app, gone into data usage, there I found two usage. 1:170mb 2: 4mb. So I am accurate that Jio is doing something wrong. Because it means 175mb is used .Says Jio app

I am facing the same problem. My Jio Data balance is disappearing even without using a single MB worth of data. I just switched on my phone in the morning (I keep my phone switched off in the night), and immediately I got a message that 50% of my data is gone. How is that possible?

I called the customer care that the advisor kept arguing with me and sent me some crappy video about how to manage data.

And please do not respond by advising about background data and all that crap. Background apps do not consume so much data that it will finish off the data balance for a day. If that is the case it would have happened with other service providers also. But that is not the case.

Jio data balance is disappearing even without using a single MB of data. Something is clearly wrong.
