To avoid do less trxns via NetBanking, use debit card more.
These charges are in effect from a very long time ,
Transactions via netbanking are limited to a few per month and as per QAB maintained

Uco bank charged me 800 even for debit card transactions! They only allowed 50 transactions a quarter! It was around when PM Modi announced demonetization!
I fought but nothing happened! Hence switched to SBI! Shitty charges these
I also lost more than 400 to UCO Bank
Dena Bank used to charge me RS 15 for a 1000rs imps transfer
has it changed or reduced after merger with BOB
still using sbi useless bank 
SBI services are bad, but best bank to keep funds.

Nobody keeps an eye on your balance.
No marketing calls
Being basic bank frauds are difficult.
So a/c in SBI is indispensable.

What are net banking transactions? Also is cash withdrawal with debt card at ATM considered different than say paying for petrol with debt card? IMPS and NEFT always have charges but now they also want to charge for UPI.
SBI also lost like $2400 million.. Best bank to keep your money????

Better shift your balances to the private banks which offers 5-7% interest rates like DBS & Kotak…Maintain the MAB in your SBI, UBI, UCO, PNB & whatever Govt banks you have accounts in & put your savings in the banks which offers zero balance accounts with no minimum balance requirement & offers much higher interest rates on their savings accounts…You can only get 3.5-4% if you keep your savings in Govt banks…
Yes bank, hdfc, icici have accounts where there are no charges. Find out from nearby branch. Average balance required would be 25k but worth it if you transact a lot.
Also these banks have facility if you keep FD then no average balance
So that works well too
how much FD in HDFC with no avg balance 
use paytm bank , do as many transaction as you wish
