Exclusive to Special?

I remember few years back there was a case going on where e-commerce cannot sell exclusive products.
The results came out to change the name exclusive to special.
Almost all smartphones are available on either of two main players but not on the both?
Isn’t it bad practice?
Also, with the flipkart current reputation (cc) i dont want to order a single item from them.

there is no “perfect” free market.. but still, most market forces find an equilibriumto co-exist or be packed out of business.
playing games with names or terminologies is nothing surprising (or new) though.
just like terrorist or anti-social groups keep changing identities, when banned/ listed as terrorists.

how everyone from Centerfresh to Chlormint to Narayan Prasad Subedi’s turds anoint themselves as “proprietary ayurvedic medicine” in order to circumvent DPCO restrictions (on pricing).
