some days ago i contacted amazon cc via chat about my 20% cashback coupons. they are genuinely collected coupons by paying recharge and bills. cc said “please place your order with eligible products. i will check your order right now. if there was not getting applied any coupons then i will cancel the order for you”
i agreed to the experiement and i place my order.
cc checked my order and told me that is my collected coupons were not getting applied to my order. so confirmed that is coupons are not working. after that cc asked me “do you want to cancel the order?”
i said “yes”
this is my bad luck… after collecting coupons i ordered and canceled my order. if once again i place order then will i receive cashback for that? i am very upset about it. 
today i ordered pantry products and fashion products. lets see that i will receive cashback or not…

some dimers made orders without any cashback info displayed on checkout page. but they received cashbacks from yesterday.
Yes, if you place your order again, then technically you will received the cb.
Well, I can’t say for sure in your case since we can’t see cb now for this offer on checkout page. But I have done it previously when original offer was working. I returned the products and placed order again and I received the full 1000 rs cb.

after collecting coupons, first ever order was canceled. that is the point. if i place 2nd order, will i receive cashback? that is the cause of my upset
