Extended warranty for new LED TV - To buy or not to buy?

Hi guys
Bought a new Samsung LED TV recently. It has 1 year manufacturer warranty.
I can buy a one assist extended 2 year warranty for 999 Rs. Should I go for it?
Does anyone have experience as to how supportive these companies are? Worth subscribing and then running behind them in case of any issues?
