I use eyeglasses with Blue ray coating BUT without AR coating. Its time for new glasses. Should my new glasses have both Blue ray and AR coating. I use computers abt 8-9 hrs a day and travel approx 15-20km per day.
Appreciate your feedback.

Blue coating is a scam. AR is ok. Check Essilor range.

In my opinion, AR coating is a must have irrespective of what else you're putting on.
Also, I've read that the Blue Light Coatings mess with your natural sleep cycle, so they're okay if you're using it only for work but using it for the entire day on your primary glasses is still questionable. I would recommend you avoid it completely on your primary glasses and rather rely on Night/ Reading Mode on your laptop and mobile phones which sets a little warmer tone for the display, eventually cutting out the blue light significantly.
