Faced bad experience with Beauty care services?

Urban Clap messed up my skin, stole from me& they don’t even care !

So I’m a full time working professional and am always short on time, which is why I jumped at the chance to have someone come over for my monthly “Parlour needs”
But now I’m repenting not being faithful to my old Parlourwali aunty…. so here goes :
Last week I booked UC for a hydrating 90 minute facial. I was thrilled that I had a whole afternoon of pampering lined out in the comfort of my home, but oh boy was I wrong.

Just before my appointment, I went down in the building to get some fruits. There I saw a young girl on a scooty gobbling up her food with her hands and then simply wiping her messy hands on a tissue (no water, no sanitizer) I was disgusted but ignored it. Then I went up and waited for my UC “senior beautician” to reach, when she arrived it was the same girl I had spotted down earlier and now she even had a big food stain on her uniform . I was horrified to think that she would be doing my facial with such dirty hands . Anyways I made her thoroughly rinse hands before starting
When I asked her what creams she’s applying on my face, she gave a very evasive answer and couldn’t name a brand but kept assuring me that it’s herbal. I wish I had paid more attention the quality of the products she was using, it is my precious face after all . But I though chalo it’s okay, this is UC after all !
After a very rough dry massage she applied a foul smelling cream on face pack she asked permission to use the washroom while my eyes were still covered with wet cotton. She was gone for an entire 10-15 minutes
Upon completing all the treatments, she asked for the money and offered to share her personal number in case I wanted to call her directly for a 25% discount. I politely declined because I trust the brand UC more than an individual.
After she left, I though of finishing some pending work and went to my workstation (where my sleek Apple laptop is ALWAYS kept). But guess what ? It was missing and so was the charger. After frantically looking for it for a few hours, I finally acknowledged the fact that it had been stolen . And since it had been there that morning and apart from me only one other person had entered my apartment, the answer was obvious. When I tried to call her, the phone was switched off.
To make matters worse, The next day when I woke up face skin had Completely broken out and was covered with LOTS of small pimples (20 hours after a facial)
I immediately visited my local dermat who told me it was a fungal infection caused by using some adulterated chemicals on face and would take 4-5 weeks to recover.
It’s been a month and my face is still covered with tiny red spots and I’ve lost a laptop worth Rs 95,000. The company refused to take responsibility for either of the fiascos saying it’s not their problem and they can’t control the therapist’s action and verify her products.
Today I finally went back to my old parlour and was greeted so cheerfully by all the aunties there. They gave amazing service, put in their heart & soul to do deliver & also made me feel so safe & comfortable.
I felt like I had finally come back home 
