Failed Credit Card Transaction

I made a payment thru ICICI credit card for online purchase on big basket, but the transaction failed message on merchant site , but the amount is debited from my card , on contacting big basket they said payment failed and not received and if any payment is debited from your account it will be reversed to your source account within 4 to 7 bank working days. Today is 7th working day still amount not reversed , should i contact bank

Just raise a chargeback and it will be reversed.

if u chargeback they will ban i think, so better option is to wait bigbasket is not some small site which scam

yes contract bank if not reversed till tonight, same happened for me on jiomart they did reverse it in 11pm on 7th day 😝
