I have Acko Fastag with a balance of Rs.59. The toll which I pass through is for Rs.41. Yet twice it has complained at the toll booth that I don’t have balance. I called up IDFC and they said that there is a rule that if the remaining balance after deducting the current toll comes out to be less than Rs.100 then it is considered low/no balance and the transaction will not go through.

Is this true?

yes.every tag provider has different minimum balance requirement.jaldi hi amc lga denge yeh log.

yes soon they will charge amc from which govt will also get their cut 😂 loot maccha rakhi hai

Today they get a cut on each transaction around 1-2%

during very initial years customer used to get discounts ..all that is gone now

Yes , once it goes below at toll booth it will not allow passing through. Banks making money with minimum balance

I had initial balance of 100, first time I passed by giving toll of 41. If 100 min balance was the rule, toll booth would have complained no balance that time too. Kya jhol hai yeh 😳
