Is anyone aware where should I complaint for my issue related to recharge of fastag monthly pass done via nhai.gov.in, I did recharge for monthly pass for toll plaza near my hometown but when I crossed the toll I got charged and when I enquired so got to know that my monthly pass has not been activated. I have reaching out to 1033 and even emailed ihmcl and reached out to NPCI on twitter but getting no help since no one is aware of this shitty fastag. I need to get the refund. Anyone has experience can guide to the right channel please????
