Mail their customer care, they don't ignore will reply so you can explain it all.

No expiry after adding to wallet.

Fave is a big scam. They deactivated my voucher and took 5 days to refund my money. I just bought a voucher today and  the order failed, now my money is again stuck with them. Will never use it again

Yeah the process is all trial and error.  You getting a discount and working voucher depends on luck, it's like an ipo filing

Just checked my FAVE Swiggy vouchers, older one got loaded, but newer one bought on 1st March 2023, showing expired. error message - This voucher is expired. If this is a mistake please contact [email protected]

I try to update wiki in all fave posts, to redeem/add the code received from fave asap, as they are known for cancellation.

When was this offer. Even i purchased but unable to see gv in fave app

except Amaon and gfytr never believe others, redeem gv/gc just after delivery, do not trust even paytm/mobikwik..etc

Amazon and gyftr bhi Pinelabs k gift voucher issue karte hai. 😀

Pine labs is well established in GCs , also having even POS machines at many merchants. A technical glitch doesn't make a company fraud but it makes it look less professional, hence the impression I guess.
