Federal bank atm join fee 44.5 deducted multiple times

They already deducted 150+Gst for annual atm card fee. But still deducting the below charges multiple times.
Anyone facing same issue any idea why it is deducted?
I haven’t use the card in any atm. Just using the card for online purchase.

There are two fees for first year. Annual fee and then joining fee.

This is exactly what happened to me as well…They charged me too the exact same amount 4 times - 44.50 * 4
I am going to the bank to complain.
