If MDR = 0, how are they making profit?
They will be paying at least 1% to VISA/Master CCs and banks.
Any catch here like monthly retention fee/admin fee/processing fee apart from one time fee? Are there any restriction on monthly turnover?
No MDR, no monthly payments.
Some security deposit is there, which will be refundable after deducting 100 RS per month for usage for each months used, upon returning machine.
Only thing is 15 days money lock period, they may be profited.
And if machine repairs, what’s the solution – is don’t know

Site mentions BHIM UPI only and not Mastercard or Visa. Seems payment will be routed through UPI gateway

@Astraa I don’t know Hindi, I guess while returning device, 18% of refundable amount is charged – it’s fine. And for all months used monthly charge will be captured while returning. Which is also fine…
I guess no one needs to return…. Also there is no monthly mandatory transactions have to happen kind of rule… So only deposit is charge….

the swipe machine Dynamic QR function not functioning from the start only. Many times I have contacted raised a query to bharatpe no one is attending the problem just delaying the problem. The worst thing is that they automatically flag the ticket as a resolved even if my problem is not removed. Now its been 1 month
now they are charging mdr fees.. not free now
This was story till today i.e. 15 Jul 2022, new oolicy enforcing from 16th July 2022 in which there is MDR etc. Good luck
