Fi Account Frozen

I was transacting today and suddenly noticed that transactions were failing with error beneficiary or remitter is frozen/blocked, headed over to Fi app to realise they had blocked/frozen my account without any prior notice, no help from their team, their Twitter timeline is full of similar complaints, somebody suggest me how to get my money back or way out of this mess, 70k+ stuck

Update

Account is back to normal, was able to close all RD, FD etc. transferred all funds to other account.

Suggestion

For now avoid #Neobanks and transfer your funds if any, FederalBank Help Twitter timeline is full of similar complaints on a daily basis.

I am yet to get any reply from EPIFI Team, Federal Bank Twitter team was supportive enough to atleast update that it has been unfrozen, but they weren't able to give me a reason as why it was blocked other than pointing finger to EPIFI.

Atleast Niyo responded and directly transferred the case to Equitas for me I approached Federal on Twitter, they replied with a one liner that contact Fi Customer Care and Fi hasn't even responded (24*7 Chat service no one responds, emailed but no reply)

Thanks i have trust on fi before now trust is gone after your thread sweat_smile .I Used previous month with no worry now will not take chances . Now will unlink and will close after 1 year completion

their customer support is not good. also they don't show txn history on time....

Last week txns were updated 2 days before.....

So i moved all my balance to other bank..😁

Did you received any call from transaction monitoring team after your transaction declined. If you failed to attend the call then they will block the card/account. The only way to unlock is to visit branch. I had similar experience in kotak 811 where they asked me to visit branch and also they did physical address verification to unblock my account.

No calls, no notification pop-ups etc.  had to figure out on my own that account is frozen, got confirmed after I read similar complaints on Fi Twitter TL and Federal Twitter TL, numerous complaint within last few days

I stopped using fi account for UPI also ,even payments of 500-1000 takes 2 days to credit

Worst case scenario as others have written on Twitter they won't unblock nor give a proper reason for block, and ultimately block access to app 

Kindly suggest in that case how to get the money back??

never do multiple transactions with one account or bank. if your upi/imps or ecomm transactions exceeds 10 in short period of time most new age bank's algo will catch you. it's not their fault, people should opt current account for anything but savings.

Never knew multiple transactions on Savings A/C triggers a flag, have been doing the same with my other Axis Savings A/C but never faced such issues,

Anyways what's the solution now??

i transferred my fund from Fi to Niyox. Now after your comment i hv to again tranfer😂

This is the issue with neo banks..

They blocked my full kyc Jupiter account...i rarely use for 50 , 100rs transactions..

Good thing is..i don't have any balance in that account..
