I was transacting today and suddenly noticed that transactions were failing with error beneficiary or remitter is frozen/blocked, headed over to Fi app to realise they had blocked/frozen my account without any prior notice, no help from their team, their Twitter timeline is full of similar complaints, somebody suggest me how to get my money back or way out of this mess, 70k+ stuck

Did you received any call from transaction monitoring team after your transaction declined. If you failed to attend the call then they will block the card/account. The only way to unlock is to visit branch.
I had similar experience in kotak 811 where they asked me to visit branch and also they did physical address verification to unblock my account.

Leave Fi and Jupiter, my Federal Bank selfie account with Full KYC and 6 years old account, got freezed. When asked on Twitter, they said Signature not uploaded. Visit Home Branch which is 2000km away. 1000 rs stuck.

Visited the branch they say they can't unfreeze as it's to be done by Fi Team only, suggested to contact Fi only (Branch, Twitter, Email support all repeating the same)

Update
Account is back to normal, was able to close all RD, FD etc. transferred all funds to other account.
Suggestion
For now avoid #Neobanks and transfer your funds if any, FederalBank Help Twitter timeline is full of similar complaints on a daily basis.
I am yet to get any reply from EPIFI Team, Federal Bank Twitter team was supportive enough to atleast update that it has been unfrozen, but they weren't able to give me a reason as why it was blocked other than pointing finger to EPIFI.

Since yesterday they have restricted my access to the app itself now I can't even log in (no email from investigations as mentioned, not even once)
Tip:If they unfreeze your account after complaint move out your funds as they aren't trustworthy and may limit your account access again.

Thanks you op . For this post . My account freezed without any reason now . Haven't done any transaction for 3 month I think . And your post saved me . Haven't done anything suspicious but freezed bank account 🤣. And asked such documents which I don't have . 🤣. Don't keep money in fi bank .
