No first time filling itr , I am student but I have some mutual fund and lic 😇
Don’t have solid income and proof😇
Find for a CA near your place,. they will file it for you.
Since you are not in full time employment and working on your own, It is important you start filing your returns to prove your earning potential when needed in the future when applying for loans, foreign travel etc
You can file yourself using free third party websites like cleartax.
Most of your income seems to fall under the category ‘Income from other sources’. But in case of rent, if it is from some immovable property, you may have to declare the assets you own. In that case, better consult a CA.
Okay I will try hope he will not charge too much 😇
its easy to file on own …just few hours for 1st time…invest time in it.
Only grey area is rent income considering this is your 1st time return(Self acquired or gifted property?). as long as you have proper document around it you should not have any trouble in future.
Rent property is not registered on my name , so we can leave the rent. That is my grandparents property 😇. I am take care of it 😇
Pay Rs300-400 to CA and file; next time do it yourself
which ca takes 300-400?
Go to ITR website .. new interface is much easier. Not all CA do good job.. some might land u in trouble, extra expenses. Best learn.
The selection of the ITR form is dependent on the nature and quantum of income earned by you in the previous tax year. So once you have earned your income in future, you can surely be guided as to which form can be chosen then. Else for academic purposes, you can refer to Cleartax or Income Tax websites.
If ur income is linked to pancard, then consider that amount to itr, or else i think its no. upto 1lakh rent no proof needed, rest 1.5 lakh, if you have mutual funds u can consider in itr whole amount, lic policy, study loan, house loan
