Fincare Bank is worst at its service

For past two week, I had been following up with Fincare for the MAB charges reversal and closure of account – but nothing was helping and even their nodal officer is irresponsible in answering to customer..

The bank even doesn’t have proper mail ids for escalation/grievance team.


So, I started rating all their branches in Tamilnadu with 1 star by explaining their worst service. In next 1 hour they called me to say that they would reverse the charge and help in closure of account.😄

Not really.. 

if it’s a bank account opened physically and if you have a good rapo with the bank staff, you can continue.

If not, avoid as their nodal officer is itself very unfriendly and there is no proper escalation matrix

Hav u not walked into branch for closure of savings account? As its mandatory to visit branch for closure. Did you face all these issues after submitting closure form at branch?

No I hadn’t walked to branch. All these I tried online and they closed my account by reversing MAB charges after multiple followups.
