People are behaving like idiots at so many places. They are saying omicron is not causing serious disease and doing apne marji.
What they should remember is beta became delta after it came to India, there is chance like that for omicron too. So we shouldn’t do experiments.

Here in Mumbai where cases are going through roof on paper but 90% of infection is asymptomatic
I had mild fever and fatigue for 2 days last week but back on track now. My parents and brother also had the same symptoms. We did not get tested but it looks like Omicron came and gone. Life moves on. It’s stupid to do lockdown for this mild virus.
mild / asymptomatic for someone , serious / death for someone else … please restrict your lives .. stick to most needed stuffs only .
We should be careful of corona as it might be hoax like last year that corona is weak hopefully you remember.
And is there any surety than we won’t catch corona again if we catch it once this time?

Today i went outside to buy some medicines.. Out of hundred people approx 80 people not wearing mask or properly not wearing mask and blames governments for lockdowns.. our people are stupids.. they wont realise until someone in their family effected..
Considering India population, this is just inevitable and we might see Season 2 – people in line in front of hospital for O2.
There is no way to educate people to keep social distance and wear mask, you can’t except this much behavior so strict measures needs to be in place such as other countries.
I would go like this -
No Restriction for fully vaccinated people and can go out food/cinema/park etc with 25% to 50% capacity depend on the % of covid impact area
Full lock down for UN-vaccinated people ( except essential things ) included small shots ( looking at Sarojni Nagar Market)
But I don’t think, anything is happening before election.
There have been so many things said in this thread so I just want to add a bit from my end :
Start building your immunity from today and leave rest on God. Consume warm sweets like Gondh Ladoo etc. Make a habit of taking vitamin D 60K every once a week. Consume as much as possible citrus fruit like keenu etc. Do take out time to love your family members atleast 3-4 times a day. Last but not the least make a habit of waking up early and sleeping early and dinner max by 8pm.

With case rising at this speed the same situation will come again
