fire boltt not responding for undelivered order, returned order, customer support is resolving the ticket without resolution from the last 30 days

Everyone be cautious, they are fraud. They have not refunded me for my 5 orders, because of their review i have not received these orders. Now one order 202223232164 returned as per their mail and pickup arranged by them, they are now closing all the associated tickets as resolved without the refund or any update. I have case FIR, everyone facing issues please contact me, we will be stand together.
