First CC, Wallet load, rent and Utilities

Hello Dimers, 

I'm looking to get my first CC, i currently have Slice. Sibil 761. 

I am not a big spender on traveling or shopping.

My main use of card will be on Utilities, rent and a lot of small UPI transactions ( wallet load ). 

Monthly spend is above 60k. 

Please suggest a card that could give good cash back or GV.
