First credit card help needed

Hi guys, my first post here.

I’m looking to get a credit card against FD as it would be my first card. I had applied with ICICI with a FD of 10K as they have mentioned on website but after 10 days they rejected my application as " AREA not serviceable". Mind you, I stay in a state capital yet they have rejected my card.

So guys, which bank would be best and would give assured card against FD. ICICI wasted my 10 days and now I have a useless account with them, Please suggest a bank, I can deposit 20K at max. Thank you.
