They are all related
Heart rate, Pulse rate & Blood Pressure
But in the case of devices that claim to measure blood pressure.. they seem to be making an guesstimate using the above mentioned parameters (Heart or Pulse rate)

Heart rate and pulse are same, denoted by BPM (bits per minute). There are few fitness trackers which have Blood Pressure monitoring feature but goes without saying they are all inaccurate hence useless. Just show off gimmicks. One of my friend bought a Noise smart watch (around 4k) and it has a blood pressure feature built in.

At this range, by these companies (all these new start ups) you would rather not have a smart band/ watch with the feature you seek. Better invest behind a quality BP monitor like Omron. Most of them are upper arm based, I don’t think wrist based ones can be as accurate anyway.

Can you share a tracker with good or very accurate heart rate monitor then? High heart rate than normal means more bp and low means low bp?

Looking for a fitness tracker which can give good estimate atleast. It cannot match the professional bp monitors that I know.

For long term, just get a dedicated BP device. As for heart/pulse rate, any good rated smart watch from known/major brands should do the trick but know that samsung/apple have the most accurate results but also very costly(aka out of your budget).

Get those Amazfit/Mi fitness trackers by Huami
or the Huawei Bands (OnePlus/Oppo bands are also accurate

If you’re considering a tracker that looks like a smart watch then get Amazfit Bip S

Note: OnePlus band is cheaper on Tatacliq via offers
Do not consider bulkier smart watches.. defies the purpose of constant fitness tracking (also they are not accurate.. especially those w/ loose metal straps)

According to reviews & feedback – YES
I have used Amazfit/Mi & OnePlus band in the past 2 years or so. They are at same level w.r.t Heart rate monitoring.. accurate enough (Not like the random measurements.. those smart weighing scale gives us)

No no, not at all. You may have normal pulse (say between 60 to 90, depending on activity and age) but your blood pressure may be high, say 140/90 or above, and vice versa. Hence, they are not always synced with each other even though in many instances they are.

For ex: My pulse is always high due to poor lifestyle (no excerise, lot of stress, sleep deprivation etc.) but my BP is steady at 120/80.
