Fk grocery order not delivered even after 8 days.
They need to spend on logistics instead of tv advertising.😠

fk grocery pass and other coupon used in this order go waste. They are not Reusable. Raised the complaint on 5th.still complaint is still pending, 😌
I placed one order they sent it to another city (faridabad) courier partner called me for directions I thought he was calling from my city (dehradun). I raised a complaint regarding this they assured me they will deliver to me within 4 days but one day later they canceled and now price have increased. They refused to provide price difference.
I am amazed how they sent it to another city now I have to pay almost Rs.100 extra in Rs390 order which I was getting at Rs287

ordered on 5th april, didnt recieve and order was auto cancelled on 16th april and they gave extra 100 as gift card
My grocery order was also rescheduled two times, after complain it I got my grocery delivered. Earlier flipkart used to deliver grocery next day but now taking a week to deliver despite having warehouses in the same city.
ekart delivery agent told me that they are using fk is using same person to deliver fk normal items as well as fk grocery. It is putting pressure on them.
amazon have separate set delivery agents for general category and fresh.
