Solutions tried -
1) Flashed official stock rom of Poco M2 Pro using fastboot method.
2) Tried downgrading to 11.0.2 stock rom.
3) Service Centre flashed official 12.5.6 stock rom. Still not getting network.
4) Tried flashing network files from stock rom using fastboot.
Guys any one faced similar situation or have solution for my problem. Kindly help.
Thanks.

Little to no idea about MIUI or it's various flavours. And hearing about zip modification method for the first time ever. A simple rule before switching to a custom ROM for the first time is to backup critical partitions EFS, Persist etc. in the custom recovery and store them safely.
Edit: There's a ton of custom ROM development available for the Poco M2 Pro. Why even bother with MIUI EU? Garbage remains garbage however might one polish it.
Flashing the fastboot ROM should fix the issue unless some partition or the other is badly corrupted. Just flashing the firmware might not work.
Edit: It's good that you have created a thread on XDA as well.
Clean Flash firmware files of the rom in which network was working..
As your imei and other things are not messed up i think u should try flashing firmware ...
Do report back
EFS partition (the one with IMEI and network related info) seem to have got corrupted and flashing fastboot rom won't always fix these. EFS backup is the first thing you should've done after flashing the custom rom (+ unless mandatory, always repackage the rom zip file removing firmware related files.. these are unnecessary)
Try these commands via fastboot and see if it helps (When the issue is serious, even IMEI and Baseband info gets vanished.. so i'm hoping the issue isn't serious)
fastboot erase modemst1
fastboot erase modemst2
fastboot erase persist
U Can Seek Help in telegram Groups Too
This is why i'm buying phones which has MIUI dialer out of the box..
I have Poco X2 + Poco X2 + Redmi Note 9 pro max + poco m2 pro + mi max 2 + redmi note 4. + Redmi 9 Actv (bought this week 6gb ram only for calling)
All of them are working good.. with miui out of the box... having separate mi accounts in each phone for Call logs with call records.
Bookmarking this thread... might buy Poco F4 in future ...will have to install Indonesian or EU ROM.
Looking for someone who can do this offline/online in Hyderabad.. will pay if needed, but must be good and perfect.
Try Checking baseband number. Every region has different. Flash might have messed up your modem baseband.
U may need to do a emmc flash for network / modem baseband
Happened to me few years back but sadly at that time we have imei flasher , it will not work in android 10 11.
Try official flash file old version use same sim cards ..
you may need to do some tricks and tips and it will surely work out
you will be shocked that i made my phone full dead , then i opened it , broke the screen and do hardware pin short method using allpin and phone worked
thats how we made things work , i knw ur task will be done
dont leave until its done !!!👍
did you tried with any other sim cards?. or just reflash the modem1, modem2 and cust partitions using custom recovery(twrp/orange fox). try to get these partition files from anyone in any froums like xda/4pda. or you can get it from fastboot rom(extension with .tgz) of your exact model.
after flashing the custom rom did you wiped caches(dalvik and cache) twice and data partition also with yes command?.

EDL flash should be done IMO
What's the current status? Your XDA thread didn't receive a single response which is rather unfortunate.
