Hello Friends need your help and suggestions that what can I do???
I booked my flight ticket from MakeMyTrip from new delhi to kiev Ukraine via Amsterdam from KLM Royal Dutch airlines. The flight is booked for 11.10.2021. Today, when I arrived at the Airport the airline didn’t allow me to check because of security reasons and on asking they didn’t provide me any specific reason just telling for security reasons. Now I had booked another ticket from ukraine International Airline and board the flight.
Now the question is I paid for my ticket and make my trip never give any detail of any specific requirements. Now what about my money, will I get my refund or all in vain.

Yeah, I said what security reasons though I have complete travel documents with me. The airline just cheat me. The 2nd airline i.e. Ukraine International Airline was no issue with anything.
did airline stopped you from boarding or Airport authority?
If Airline had some issue ideally they should make your arrangement in alternate flight or refund in Full along with compensation(this might be country specific)
@MoneySaver09 Where did they stop you? Didn’t they list out/announce the flight? Haven’t you had luggage check? More details, please. Even I feel very weird of this “security reasons”?

I think we need more details of what happened… Never saw any thing like this recently… Denying flight for no reason?? Hows it possible?
No dear, if i have done something wrong why the other airline didn’t have any problem then. Moreover this the first time, I traveled international
I have never travelled abroad… Planning in the next two months.. never saw anything like this. 
Can we go to consumer court in India for this? Looks like very rare case…whhat happened exactly… Only op can explain.. and what are you planning op?

Dear dimers I know you all want to know about this thing. But for the reason for which I created this forum not a single comment about help or info. Everyone just want to know the incident nothing else.
So kindly comment if you can help or provide some information on this trouble that how can I get refund.
without knowing the details how do you expect someone to give suggestions??
1. When airline refused you why didnt you asked them for refund on the spot or make alternate arrangements (you have full rights here as you had confirmed ticket)
2. have you got something in writing from the airline?
3. MMT wont refund unless you have written confirmation from airlines…else you are just considered as no show passenger.
4. As Airline has stopped you. You will have to deal with airlines directly 1st. Also as you said that you were stopped at security check. I am assuming you were given a valid boarding pass by the airline front desk.
