Can any one help or suggest..

How to get refund of flight tickets from go air.. Booked during Feb and march 2020..
For Travel between March  and  april 2020..

Tried almost everything..
They are not refunding the amount..
Instead holded the tickets for 1 year
..
Amount can be reused while booking again on the already very inflated price..

Pathetic useless creatures
created ticket – no response for a month
contacted twitter – they replied, will contact, but no response
follow up on twitter – no response

Idk how do they operate such business, hope for them to go bankrupt soon

Correct.. No response on any platform…
How to get refund then.. Is there no way.. Should we assume the tickets money is gone..?

You should be able to use shell credit, right?

Yes, valid upto Feb 21.
But got three return tickets for family.. And the price are like inflated twice…
Moreover no one wants to travel…
