Seems like your devices or network is compromised. Unless you Reset them, you can’t rule out that option. And this cat and mouse chase won’t stop.

Some insider work, change pass from another laptop, do not use ur usual mobile/laptop to rule out own device compromise as mentioned above

The first makes sense, hacker could’ve got the password from some other leaked password dump but this is a curious case

There could be some loopholes w.r.t flipkart but i don’t think any data breach happened. Also, many fraudsters are using the “Exhaust OTP” trick so to hold access to accounts for a while

He is placing order and I am cancelling it and changing the password everytime , but he is able to place another order , he kept order on cod and finally paid through flipkart gift card , even I deactivated the account , he is again reactivating , after logging out from all devices option , I changed password in apple laptop and phone , how he is getting password ?

What product was ordered on COD? Can you see the address where this product was ordered? Is it possible for you to file FIR in cybercrime cell online and mention the address where this product was delivered?
for initial orders he is using random mobile numbers and I called those numbers also , they are saying we didn’t order it , he used some random address mahi, Prem chand nagar bodakdev, ahmedabad- 380054. May be he has connivance with courtier partner
Million dollars question is how the cheater is getting the password ?
Afaik , the problem isn’t with flipkart but with your devices , my suggestion is to format your windows and android devices since they are most prone to these kind of attacks
He has apple stuff and still got scammed/hacked
Flipkart is not having a data breach right now and you’re using apple devices which are supposed to have better protection then my cheaper android phone. I think it might be someone from your own house.
A similar thing happened to my uncle and it turned out to be my cousin lolol
I am 100 percent sure it is not from my family members or friends, I changed password almost 15 times and logout from all devices , even after that he is able to login and place the order
How to complain in cyber cell ?
Talk to fk cc and get in touch some senior executive to stop the delivery
Also mail woohoo/mpin/fk to cancel/block all gvs
flipkart cc is not at all connecting to manager also, can someone post the contact number or email of higher authorities ?

>clicked on make payment now in such cases giftcard balance dont ask otp
Second point may be wrong , I kept different passwords but he is able to login everytime , he placed 6 to 7 orders but everytime I cancelled the order
Yesterday flipkart was able to cancel the order before delivery after complaining in Twitter platform. I changed both mobile number and email in flipkart. I have to wait and see whether he will place another order or not .
if this helps, When changing password don’t use similar combinations. Also use multiple special characters – make it too difficult, don’t share other than your own senses.
Btw, file a complaint with cyber security cell with whatever information you could get from the order history, i.e. Name, Address, Recipient’s Mobile number, etc.
I don’t know if it is a SIM Duplicate issue. Only experienced ppl or experts can advise.
If you are able to login to your account, Use all GVs to make a purchase and finish it off.
Also clean up all your payment and addresses.

Yes , if account is blocked I can sleep peacefully today, another loophole even if you use the option to logout from all devices , it is not logging out from apple laptop. Even though hacker is changing passwords , I am able to monitor my account on apple laptop where as it is getting logout from apple phone.
