Flipkart and Amazon are making product returns tougher
The marketplaces insist that their product returns policy is customer-friendly, but consumers across the country tell a different story. They are reporting a heavy-handed approach, including blocking and suspension of accounts citing multiple product returns. The e-commerce giants, meanwhile, are working on tools to assess the ‘risk profile’ of customers to bring in discipline and keep order returns under check.

Than stop buying , if they are making return tougher .. go back to traditional way of shopping for expensive items
