after ordering order in Flipkart with to axis bank card, in order page does it still shows that order has got 5% cashback and it’s amount ?

while placing order, it is clearly showing offer applied and amount as well.
actually I want to place order for a friend, without telling him extra 5% cashback. but in offer applied it shows while ordering, want to know whether after placing too will it show in orders history page.

(want to hide from him)
cuz I’m paying annual fees for that card. others can’t simply enjoy.

Amazon is pakka helpful in this, it never shows its card cashback applies/amount on placing/history an order. exception pay balance transaction history

I agree with op.

We are paying annual fees 500+GST.

It doesn’t show in order invoice about cashbacks.

Can you show with screen shot ?! (From order history page)
I’m yet to place first order, so don’t know whether on order history page it shows or not. But allowing placing order, with 2 offers applied

Openly ask your friend to share 590/2=300 rs with you

Why can’t you just trim out the top section and show the calculation screenshot alone

Does it show in invoice as well, where order id, billing details, invoice number, seller name etc are given?

It should not show 5% cb offer and super coins in invoice

He is real life friend.

He can check his mobile anytime.

Assumptions made.

It wouldn’t be wise to cheat with real friend.

cheating would be big word
OP should clearly tell his friend the final amount of the order, and if friend gets less price than this he can buy himself, otherwise OP is helping him with 10% discount

If I was your friend, I would not ask for extra 5% . Those are rewards which every card gives (0.5% /1% , 2.5%) , some give extra (in this case 5%)

Will you ask someone to give you 12.5% discount as they are ordering from simply click card

or OP can also offer him some extra hundreds rupees by telling him, his bank gives him some cashback everytime he made purchase

I meant his friend may feel offended, slightly taken advantage of, or something.

Trust will be lost.

Money is such a thing, it can do wonders.

yes, but it doesn’t really big thing as op is already helping him with 10% disc.
If you are a vehicle dealer, you have lots of margin when selling a vehicle
One day friend come to buy you, you give 10% discount to him, friend is happy as he is getting at less price because of you
still you will be earning some profit although lesser but some.
Will you tell him at what price company gave you the vehicle?

Agree
I want to buy some products in amazon sale but I don’t have sbi card, so I asked my friend to give me his credit card or order for me with discount
He will do it
But will I say him that you got some reward points, give that too 😂🤣?
No I will never ask for his rewards
My purpose was solved by getting discount, No more greed.
Next time I will also apply for sbi card then claim rewards point also.😀

100% agree.

To OP – Show final price of the product as mentioned on Flipkart website. If your friend ask for 5% extra discount, simply deny. Because you are paying Annual fees, you already paid your time for searching & applying credit card And you are paying your time to pay credit card bills every month. Credit Cards are not everyone’s Cup of Coffee . They say- “With great power there must also come — great responsibility!”
