Your question seems to be a bit unclear.
1. It seems you are being offered pre-approved AX FK card. Its mostly a paid subscription, unless applied via special offers.

2. If you apply the same from your FK app, you are supposed to get a GV worth Rs. 1K. Make sure these representatives don’t steal your joining rewards.
3. Overall its a “not too bad” card, for a 499+GST annual subscription fee.
4. You’ll get round-the-year 5% back on FK (without buying Amazon prime), which is good if you are FKholic.
5. AXIS “GrabDeals” should provide you an additional 5-10% extra Rewards.
6. Once/twice a year you can get (at max) CB of 25% from FK (10% seasonal instant discount + 5% standard cashback + upto 10% CB via GrabDeals).  That alone will more than make up for the annual fees.

Its a gem of a card when LTF, not bad as paid subscription.

take whichever card is available and if possible add on cards too
