Check cards tab, if approved, there must be a card.

I applied for Fk axis card on June 30
documents pick-up: 7July
Got declined mail on 26 july
Since there was no update from axis bank for long i applied again on 19 July
video KYC done on 20 july
Got Approval message on 25 July and again on 29 july
I'm not sure I'll get the card or not. On Flipkart app its is showing we can't process ur application. Please share your take on this

With approval message, it gives application number also. If both were different u r approved for 2 cards.
I got 2 cards with single application due to some glitch. Both card numbers vary only in last 3 digits and CVV. As I applied under LTF offer, I kept both.
