Flipkart axis bank credit card cashback issue

I got my first statement generated for my flipkart axis bank credit card and what I noticed is all the transaction done on flipkart below 100 are not tracked for any cashback. So is there any condition that for 5% cb minimum amount should be 100??

o Fuel Spends
o Purchase of gift cards on Flipkart, Myntra, 2Gud.com
o EMI transactions
o Purchases converted to EMI post facto
o Wallet loading transactions
o Purchase of gold items
o Cash advances
o Payment of outstanding balances
o Payment of card fees and other card charges
What about bill pay through AMAZON or PAYZAPP …. will it attract 1.5% cashback or not.??
and yes GOIBIBO also has 4% … but just 1 transaction a month.

This month I got 2150 cashback from this card…one transaction at Flipkart triggered only 1.5% cashback…rest all triggered ok.. last month I received 887 cashback…

Paytm transaction cashback not received
lower ceiling of (99*5%=4.95)=4rs.
