Flipkart Axis Bank Credit Card - Coming soon error fix

First it showed " system under maintenance" then i refreshed the page and got the apply button, went through the details and submitted the application and in background received text from axis bank mentioning application number. Just now did video KYC, the guy told me that someone from branch will visit and collect documents. Now in “My Account” axis card shows “application in process” which was totally missing earlier.

How to get system under maintenance error
What did you do, refresh or switch between links

How to get video kyc option mine application stucked at documents pickup

I tried through chrome (Desktop site) option and got through with the first step. I got an sms -

But when i open the link I get internal server issue ir ‘Sorry! Unable to process your request’ message. Please help.

No, I don’t use axis credit card. I do have a joint savings account with them though. And my number is registered for that account.

Few Axis customers (having credit card or savings account) are facing the same problem if their Axis Bank and Flipkart account registered number is same. Still there is no solution for that.
Now the only option is, try changing the mobile number in Flipkart and apply (then you have to go through all the verification process just like new customer). Few already did this and they got the card. If you want LTF card, then do this and try your luck.

Thanks man. I changed my flipkart number and it worked. My application is in process. Not sure you know it or not, but can I change the phone number linked to credit card in the future? Or if I change the number in my FK account again, the same will get reflected in the Credit card too?
